30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on SERA purchases. If you're genuinely unsatisfied with your experience, contact us within 30 days of delivery at lewis@drinksera.com and we'll refund your purchase price in full — no need to return the product.

This guarantee exists because we're confident in what we've built. We ask that you give SERA a fair trial before requesting a refund — the formula is designed to work over consistent daily use, not a single sachet.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where misuse or abuse of this policy is evident.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • One refund per customer per product SKU
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived faulty or incorrect
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us immediately at lewis@drinksera.com. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we'll do our best to assist. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Subscription Purchases

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time via your customer account. Cancellations apply to future orders only — any order already processed or shipped is not eligible for cancellation. Subscription terms are clearly displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the above terms.
